Shipping policy

Delivery is available within Sydney areas covered by our service. Please verify your postcode at checkout. Delivery windows are Monday and Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM. A tracking link or number will be provided before delivery. Please ensure someone is present to receive your pudding. If unattended, we may leave the pudding in a safe location, but we recommend receiving it during the scheduled delivery window to maintain freshness.

Delivery is available within selected areas of Sydney; pickup is also available at our Haymarket location

Most puddings stay fresh for up to 24 hours in the fridge. Puddings containing fresh fruit (e.g., Mango White Chocolate Pudding) or fresh mochi (e.g., Thai Tea Mochi Pudding) should be eaten on the same day. Customers are responsible for following the storage instructions provided with their order.
